A patented process that can reduces the seasoning time down to days, not years. Our approach is different in that we produce casks with more traditional complex and concentrated fortified characteristic and lower levels of oak extractables. We are seasoning with higher quality traditional fortified wines true to their correct style.
Developed inhouse, these rejuvenated bourbon barrels add significantly more flavours of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and overall sweetness, whilst reducing oak lactone extraction. Colour extraction is also significantly higher.
The result is a barrel that allows your spirit to carry more flavour and complexity, appear more mature, and therefore reduce maturation time.
